my Oceanography classes page! The Oceanography classes taught at
CSU Los Angeles
and Pasadena
City College strive to give the student an introduction to the
world of oceanography. In these classes the student will learn
about the principles and practices of marine geology and physical
oceanography plate tectonics and sea-floor spreading; oceanic volcanism
and earthquakes the study of man's use and misuse of the ocean and human needs vs. ecological limits.
